Booth Rental
Booth Space and Rental for Hall County Fair and Exposition 2010
All exhibit space is $140.00 per 10’ x 10’ space, $120.00 for each additional space. Exposition agrees to furnish, at no additional charge, a standard 8’ high draped back and 3’ side panels and electricity. Table and chairs are not furnished with your booth. You may bring your own or rent from the rental company that sets up the booths. (Norfolk Rental, 800-610-8191)
Terms of payment
Full payment is to be received by June 21, 2010 to be assigned a space for 2010. No exhibit will be admitted to any space until rental for that space has been paid in full. Refunds for cancellations will be 80% prior to the June 26, NO refunds after June 28, 2010.
